Natalie Wilson is Motion Capture Specialist at Cloud Imperium Games.[1]
Early Life
She wanted to be an english teacher, then she wanted to work in social care, then she discovered her love of animation. She went to college and to Aberdeen University for Animation Studies. COVID hit when she went to do her motion capture project so she wasn't able to do that and instead she tought herself how to clean up motion capture data. She also captured data of herself. She got her degree and worked for a TV show, then she applied to join the Face team at CIG and ended up doing mocap. She was told that she was chosen over other candidates among others because of her honesty.[1]
