The 2-SCU container is a standardized[1] cargo container with a measure of 2.50 × 1.25 × 1.25 m m[2] (L x W x H)[3] and a internal volume of 200 units[1] or cSCU in a 1 x 2 1-SCU crates configuration.

These containers are a means to bundle cargo and goods into larger, unitized loads, that can be easily handled, moved, and stacked, and that will pack tightly in a ship or yard.
