The legal mission Comm Uplink Offline tasks the player to go to a Comm-Array and reactive it by clicking of the Comm-Array terminal and waiting for it to successfully reactivate. Once the Comm-Array is activated, player has some minutes to leave the Comm-Array area to finish the mission. Failing to leave the area in the alloted time would fail the mission. There is a chance of enemy player encounters.

Description
1.
" Location is in urgent need of repair. Authorization to access the Comm Array's systems will be provided. Take precautions when you head over to the site. With the array down we can't be sure what or wo might be lurking there."

"Acideo has been reporting issues with LocationAddress and we're looking for a contractor to authorize to complete any necessary repairs. Shouldn't have to say this, but use some common sense when you're out there and be ready just in case you run into trouble."

"Attention qualified comm technicians: LocationAddress has lost its connection with Acideo and requires maintenance. One thing to keep in mind is taht you should probalby make sure your security measures are up to snuff before going. We're not positive yet what cuased the Array to go down, but we have had reported incidents in the past of outloaws purposefully taking them offline, and more importantly, trying to keep them offline. If you're interested, please let us know and we will provide you with the proper authorization neeeded."

"Acideo lost its connection to LocationAddress. We are looking for a qualified comm tech to do an on-site evaluation and ensure that the uplink is re-activated. The proper authorization will be provided to access the control panel. Take precautions when you head over to the site. With the array down we can't be sure what or who might be lurking out there."
