The Guinness world records is a British reference book listing world records both of human achievements and the extremes of the natural world.

Star Citizen earned several Guinness world records:

  • Most crowdfunded videogame was upheld in 22 February 2023 at 551,095,618 US dollar(s).[1]
  • Most crowdfunded project (overall) was upheld 11 April 2018 at $180,386,613 US dollar(s).[2][3]
  • Most polygons in a playable spaceship in March 2016 for the Idris 3,322,169 polygons.[4]
  • Biggest MMO guild the 10 October 2018 for The Test Squadron having 17,635 members.[5]
